- Check-out by 10:00
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request (subject to availability)
House Rules
- No smoking inside the house
- No pets (please ask, exceptions may be possible)
- No parties or events
- Maximum 6 guests
- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
- Children must be supervised in the pool at all times
- Please sort waste and recycling
- Please treat the property with care
Cancellation Policy
No refund — if we are able to re-let the period, we will of course pass on the proceeds.
- All deposits paid are non-refundable
Payment
- We accept bank transfer, Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal
- 50% deposit due on booking confirmation, remaining balance due 30 days before arrival
- Prices are in EUR
