3-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, Algarve
Everything you need for the perfect Algarve holiday

About Casa das Ondas
Casa das Ondas (House of Waves) sits directly inside the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, one of Europe's last great unspoilt coastlines and among Portugal's most strictly protected nature reserves. The fully fenced property stands on a quiet hillside inside the tiny village of Ingrina Sol, with unobstructed views across the nature reserve to the Atlantic. On clear days — which is most days — you can watch the sunrise over the sea from the terrace before anyone else is awake.
The heart of the house is outside. The 35 m² pool sits in full sun from morning until late afternoon and is large enough to actually swim lengths — not just cool off. Around the pool are sun loungers for the whole group and a covered terrace that stays comfortable even on the warmest days. The gas barbecue is well-equipped and well-used: guests frequently report cooking outside every evening.
Indoors the house is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The open-plan living and dining area is built for groups — a large dining table, comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with Chromecast, and a Sonos sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook properly: good hob, oven, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware. Nothing is counted out.
The ground floor has two double bedrooms with generous storage and garden or pool views, sharing a well-appointed bathroom. In the attic is a third bedroom with its own en-suite — a favourite with couples or the designated retreat on larger group bookings. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The beach is on foot. Praia da Ingrina — a small sheltered cove — is roughly 10–15 minutes' walk. Praia do Zavial, a well-known surf beach with consistent Atlantic swells, is 20–25 minutes. Both are also just a short drive. The dramatic Atlantic beaches of the west coast — Castelejo, Amado, Bordeira — are 15–20 minutes by car.
Vila do Bispo, the nearest town, is 6 km away and has a Lidl, Aldi, a butcher, and a weekly fresh market. Sagres is 12 km; Lagos 25 km; Faro Airport 100 km. The Costa Vicentina gets fewer crowds than the eastern Algarve. In spring and early summer you can walk for an hour along the coast and barely see another person. In peak summer the property stays an oasis — guests consistently describe coming home to the pool as the highlight of the day.
