Terms & Conditions

Casa das Ondas is a private holiday rental located at Praia da Ingrina, Vila do Bispo, Algarve, Portugal. Alojamento Local licence: 134219/AL.

The property sleeps a maximum of 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private pool.

Booking requests submitted via this website are not automatically confirmed. Upon receiving your request, we will check availability and respond within a few hours.

A booking is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been paid.

A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is due upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.

All prices are in EUR. We accept Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal.

All deposits paid are non-refundable. If you cancel, we will make every effort to re-let the property for the period concerned. If we are able to do so, we will pass the net proceeds on to you.

No refund is guaranteed.

Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you have specific timing requirements.

The property may not be occupied by more than 6 guests at any time.

All guests are subject to the House Rules. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply.

The owner accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay, except where caused by the owner's negligence.

The owner is not liable for inconvenience caused by events outside their reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, utility failures, or nearby construction works.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
